Our approach combines mindfulness meditations, visualisation, hypnotherapy and emotional freedom technique to promote relaxation. Throughout the process, you will engage in note-taking exercises aimed at relieving the stresses of the day.


Led by hypnotherapy expert Nitima Priya who has extensive experience working with individuals facing sleep-related challenges, the program provides guidance through gentle voices and calming visualisation techniques.


You will acquire practical tools that can be integrated into your daily routine, fostering a sense of restfulness and satisfaction.
